Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to meal planning products and related services purchased from Beautyrdrainin.

Digital Documents

Customised digital meal plans are prepared specifically for your household. Once delivered by email or download link, they generally cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Printed Materials

If you receive printed materials that arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Revisions

Plans that include revision rounds (as stated on the product page) allow structured adjustments instead of cancellation. Unused revisions do not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel before we begin preparing your customised document, you may receive a full refund. If work has already started, a partial refund may apply based on work completed.

Consumer Guarantees

Under the ACL, you are entitled to remedies if services fail to meet consumer guarantees. Contact us to discuss your situation. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
